    I've never made my pie crust like this. I'm honestly scared to, I use butter, no vinegar. Pastry flour works the best. I'm a little bias though, if I weren't happy with my crust, I'd totally try yours. I'm just afraid of the mouthfeel (hate that word) the shortening would leave.

    So what kind of pie are you going to make me? I love all the recipes you are posting! It is helpful in giving people some new meals/desserts to try!
