Ponies?

So I was wondering how many of you ride/own horses?
What got you into horses and riding?
I own four year old 14.2 hand pony. Her name's Justus (:

I've been horse riding since February this year. I don't have my own horse (I wish I did though) so I ride the horses/ponies at my stables. I'd always wanted to do horse riding and eventually, my mum let me so I was like .

And btw, Justus is gorgeous

I've been riding since I was seven or eight.

I don't own him...but I've ridden him for a while. I'm not very happy with him right now though...he threw me off last Tuesday and I sprained my pelvis and back.

I have 10 horses. I got into them when we first moved here when I was in 1st grade. (In 11th now.)
We have geldings:
Victor, Nicko(he's mine), Euros, and Lino.
Stallions:
Pepi and Renegade(we call him Renni)
and Mares:
Evita(boss mare), Catalina(Evita's grand daughter. Born and raised here.), Amanda, and Goldy.

I lease 1 horse, an 8 year old registered solid appaloosa mare.
I love her :D

I compete internationally in 80cm-1m with her, and do some dressage.

I have ridden since I was 3-4 years old and now I have a small cross bread [Arab, Icelandic horse and Shetlands Pony]

Hes only 4, and I got him a few months ago, so Im still learning him to have someone on his back, but hes very easy, so everything is going very well 8D

My family have had horses since I was 9, but this is the first one, that I can call my own 8D Right now we have two Shetlands Ponies, one of them was the first pony we ever brought xD

I would totally love to own a tiny pony/mini horse, I miss riding horses.

I've ridden western since I was seven, so about nine years, but in september i switched to english, which i find a lot more fun :)

I got started in horses by my grandparents randomly putting me in horse camp and i've been hooked ever sincee.

My beautiful girl is Lady, she's an eight year old Paint cross. She's 14.3, an absolute puppy in the barn, but a dynamo in the ring. We're hoping to compete this spring :). I don't own her, but she's the horse that I ride in my lessons <3

Do you compete? How did you get started into horses and stuff?

Sorry for my over enthusiasm lol, its just hard to find people who like horses too :P

It's that, I've gone to tons, and I love finding people that went ot the same ones as I have.

I went to Cinch Stables Summer conditioning camp, the Warwick Equestrian Training Camp, and the London Equestrain and Training Camp :)

They're all in Canada :D

I've been riding on and off for the majority of my childhood. I haven't done it in years though, but hopefully this summer I can get back into the groove of things.
