Age: 14 Gender: Female Posts: 578 | March 10th, 2008 at 01:21am J-Rock is japanese rock. A few examples are: Alice Nine, Dir En Grey, Moi Dix Mois , and such.
A lot of J-rock is going to be at Taste If Chaos this year.
Visual is kind of another word for J-rock. Usually when I look up a band on myspace it comes up as Visual also. I have not exactly looked into the subject of Visual. But there kind of bands like J-rock only usually not in Japan.
For example: Virgins or Pideons is a band like J-rock only there called Visual. n.n
Anyhow. n.n I love J-rock and Visual! There amazing. |

Visual Kei, is a better word for
it and the fashion sense is way
better then original J-rock.
^_^ The gazette and 12012 is awesome.
I also admire the females Visual kei bands
as well, Like Danger Gang. But my favorite
Jrock band would have to be An Cafe |

Age: 13 Gender: Male Posts: 1760 | June 27th, 2008 at 09:02pm My friend's sister made me a J-Rock mix and I've been addicted to it ever since. Only, I can't find the lyrics to the songs, you know, romanized. I don't know if anyone else would find a thread on J-Rock lyrics helpful, but I know I would. |

Age: 16 Gender: Female Posts: 262 | July 1st, 2008 at 04:04am ^ I've only found good Miyavi and Gackt sites for lyrics, usually if you search for the artist or band as a fansite you can find some places that have all the lyrics in kanji, romanji, and english. But if you want I'll help you find them. |

Age: 13 Gender: Male Posts: 1760 | July 1st, 2008 at 04:28am Oh, none of my songs are either of those two, but some help would be gladly appreciated. I can't read kanji...but what, exactly, is romanji? |

 Age: 16 Gender: Female Posts: 262 | July 1st, 2008 at 05:03am ^Sorry, there is no 'n' in Romaji.
I'm pretty sure it's taken from the word 'Roman' which would explain it quite easily:
Romaji is Japanese with actually letters like 'a' 'i' 'f' 's', the general alphabet.
PM me the names of the bands and I'll see what I can do for you.
