Age: 19 Gender: Female Posts: 509 | March 10th, 2008 at 05:46am 90's music is pretty much the best, in my opinion. Not only are most of my favorite bands from that era anyway, but all that music holds lots of good memories and nostalgic feelings for me.
Smashing Pumpkins, Manics, Suede, Bush, Gins Blossoms, Hanson, Stone Temple Pilots, Sonic Youth, Mr. Bungle, Faith No More, Nine Inch Nails, Placebo, Primus, Primal Scream, Jesus and Mary Chain, Jane's Addiction, Red Hot Chili Peppers... the 90's ruled
Anyone else dig it? |

And I love some other band who made fantastic music then, but they're mostly '80s bands. I can't really think of anything right now.
So I guess I'm kinda stuck with NIN. =/
Though I like Placebo, just not tons. |

 Age: 17 Gender: Female Posts: 17150 | March 13th, 2008 at 08:59pm 90's were my favourite too.
Not only was I into Green Day and all my other favourite bands, but I was able to healthily balance that out with Britney Spears and the Backstreet Boys.
I love watching all the 90's countdowns on tv... |

Age: 17 Gender: Female Posts: 378 | April 29th, 2008 at 07:32am Green Day, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, and Red Hot Chili Peppers definitely! I never got into any of those bands until a few years ago though. I was shut off from the world of rock music, because I constantly listened to Christian music with my parents. |

Age: 18 Gender: Female Posts: 10861 | Nineties was an awesome decade for music.
Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, Hole, RHCP and Sonic Youth (even though I'm pretty sure they started in the eighties).
But I never listened to any of those bands back then.
I was listening to Spice Girls, I think. |
