Anyone else love him too?
Here's some clips of him:
Robert "Rob" Pattinson (born 13 May 1986 in London, England) is an English actor and model, best known for playing Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. He has been cast as Edward Cullen in the highly anticipated film adaptation of Twilight, a novel by Stephenie Meyer.
Pattinson names Jack Nicholson as his acting inspiration.
He became involved in amateur theatre through the Barnes Theatre Company. After some backstage experience there, he took on acting roles. He caught the attention of an acting agent in a production of Tess of the D'Urbervilles, and began looking for professional roles. Since then he has performed in an amateur version of Macbeth at the Old Sorting Office Arts Centre (also in West London), as well as trying his hand at modelling, for which he was sometimes credited as Robert Thomas-Pattinson.
He had supporting roles in the made for television film Ring of the Nibelungs (2004), and in director Mira Nair’s 2004 Vanity Fair, although his scenes in the latter were deleted, and only appear on the DVD version. He was slated to appear in a the UK premiere of The Woman Before in May 2005, but was fired shortly before the opening night. He was replaced by Tom Riley.
In late 2005, Pattinson appeared as the character Cedric Diggory in the film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Consequently, he was named that year's British Star of Tomorrow by Times Online and has more than once been touted as the next Jude Law. He was considered for the 2007 membership list for The Coterie as an honorary member. Pattinson appeared in the advertising campaign for Hackett's Autumn 2007 collection. He has a role in the as-yet unreleased short The Summer House, and the film Little Ashes (in which he plays Salvador Dali).
On December 11th, 2007, Summit Entertainment announced that Pattinson will play Edward Cullen in the upcoming movie Twilight, based on Stephenie Meyer's bestselling vampire/romance novel of the same name.

^_^ He really is brilliant and Yes, he makes a GREAT Edward Cullen:
He was really good in the Goblet of Fire. I must admit he is a little bit good looking. I can't wait to see him in Twilight because he seems like the perfect person in my opinion to play that part.

My opinion as well. i adore his acting. I think what draws me most to him is the fact that he's always smiling and he's got the shy quality about it.
It's adorable.
I was swooning over him when I saw his picture on the Twilight Website thing. Some girls at my school think he is all wrong for being Edward,I disagree of course because there's more to a movie then just looking good, Robert really is an amazing actor.

Thank you! I really agree whole heartedly.
My friend's nick named me 'Rob Knight in shining armor' because of me defending him.
I hate how everyone sees him JUST AS Cedric Diggory. -rolls eyes-

I agree with that. I mean, jeez. He's an actor, not a book character. Just because he was Cedric doesn't mean he's stuck in that role forever. I mean, look at Daniel Radcliffe. Didn't he do that stage show, and a movie or two in between? Same as Rupert Grint. And Emma Watson has that ad thing with this perfume. And they're the stars.
I lovelovelove Robert Pattinson. I didn't think of him as Edward at first, but I remember hating all the other choices for Edward on Stephenie Meyer's site (yes, even Henry Cavill) and I saw him and it was amazing. He looked just like the Edward in my mind!
I can't wait for the movie. It's going to be wicked.
The first time I heard Robert was playing Edward all I could think about was how bushy his eyebrows were. Then I thought about it and I like Robert more as Edward than I like Kristen as Bella. I like his acting and I think he fits the physical bill for Edward especially since he does model.
Robert Pattinson is a good actor. His face fits perfect with the Edward Cullen we all picture. Though, not as nearly perfect, Robert still fits the role.
And I loved his acting in the Goblet of Fire in Harry Potter. He truly is amazing.

I totally agree with you
Some of my friends think that Robert is not the right person to play Edward,
but I disagree. I love that they chose him (:
He is a great actor, and do I even have to mention that he's cute, too? Overall, he's brilliant, and I cannot wait to see the movie

People agree with me!
I just see a lot of people talking about him being a bad actor but they've only seen him in Goblet of Fire. XD
I'm like... -_-' Watch another movie of his.
No one ever does.
I love him and in the Twilight Trailers he looks absolutely amazing <3

I just hope he doesn't disappoint as Edward.
He isn't what I pictured at all, but from what I've seen of his other roles, he's a pretty good actor. I really, really hope he does a good job!

I've only seen him in GoF but that's because I'm a huge HP fan in the US. I want How to Be so bad but it's not going to come out near me. And then all the couple of TV movies he did that I will never see...
But what I have seen of GoF and the trailers for Twilight and How to Be, I think he's a great actor and I really do look up to him. He's funny and nice, not to mention gorgeous.
And why do people keep talking about his eyebrows?! That's what my friend always said before she "got used to him" as she puts it. His eyebrows are the size of Canada. They're so bushy. etc.etc.
*twitches* I think. His eyebrows. Are fine. And I feel like the only one who does.

I've seen people with bigger eyebrows.
At least he doesn't have a unibrow.
I've youtubed a lot of his stuff.
Like A Bad Mothers Handbook, all his appearances in that moive are compiled together in like 4 video's I think.
I think he is goregous!
I hated him at first when I found out he was playing Edward.
Like. I was so angry. Haha.
But it's grown on me
I think it was just cos I had my own image of Edward and then yeah.
It'd wouldve been the same for anyone who was casted as him.
He's not exactly how I pictured Edward to look.
I bet he's pressured, knowing that so many girls around the world
expect him to be the uttermost perfect creature that has ever existed.
