Back before we brough him inside his dad came around while my other cat, the alpha male (Lucky) was out on the leash. Suddenly we hear shrieking and yowling and there's actualy black and white fur all over the yard (Lucky is all white). We all thought Lucky died or something and rushed out (because of all the white fur) but he was completely unharmed! Our white, eldar, declawed cat kicked the stuffing out of an older and much younger tom. XD |

My friend's cat is really nice. He's called Jemmy and if you brush him he like rapes you. I love him >.< |

He's quite the tough old guy, but he's got such a soft spot for our other cat Charlie. They'll sleep together and watch birds side by side. |

I don't know if he's playing or just being rough. He likes to bite. Hard.
Earlier today anytime I would start petting him he would bite me.
It was kind of cute, like he was playing. Then again, I don't know. He might have been irritated at me. |

They're white & grayish, the other cat has some brown it in.
The lighter one is named Cloudy, and the darker one is named Stormy.
They are Balinese cats. They're currtenly awake playing with me, and eachother. I love 'em (: |

Frisco is my lil' cuddle buddy. She's always sitting on me, as she is now, laying on whatever I'm doing and rubbing my face and waking me up in the middle of the night. She's definetly my cat.
Saby's kinda an old lazy fart, but as adorable as anything.  She's our guard-cat. She growls and runs (which is really a funny waddle because she's so huge) to the door whenever someone is in the hallway.
I love them to pieces.
We adopted Frisco and a friend gave us Sable from a litter of the neighborhood stray cat.
Saby's getting old, 7 years old, and I'm scared 'cause she's going to die soon. 
They're as much a part of the family as I am. We all adore and spoil them so much. |

My last cat died at 10 since she was sick most of her life. =/

One of my cats, Nelly, lived to twenty one years old and she was deaf and blind. Another of them, Sambo, lived until he was nineteen even though he was run over and told he wouldn't be able to walk again (he recovered gully in three months)!

As it is, I'm stuck with the stupid, often inethical, corporate work this city demands of anyone not content to live below the poverty line... Thought about veterinay science when I was in college, but I don't think I could handle the putting them down side of things...
Still, your job is awesome. I want more cats, but my boyfriend says no. We rescued my bubby as a kitten, and now we've made a truce that I can do the same again as soon as we buy a bigger place. |

Older animals either get really fickle or really docile. Sometimes their patience wears thin and they won't stand to be touched, and then other times they just stop giving a damn. My neighbours' cat is an ancient ragdoll. Kids in the street pick her up for mob huggles all the time, and while my cat would be thinking 'what the hell?!' I think her attitude has become more of a, 'why bother?'
Also, a cattery is a place for cats to stay, like a kennel for dogs. Mostly they are for cats whose owners are going on vacation, but you also get the type that are like an impound for strays. |
