Age: 20 Gender: Female Posts: 5 | June 3rd, 2008 at 12:09am Mac's would definitely run the whole graphic design thing better, but they don't come with word, only notepad, and there's no spell check, and how annoying would that be? Plus, you can download Itunes to PC, sorted, all the best games are for PC, and they come cheaper, to get a PC fixed it doesn't cost the earth either. Though PCs overload a lot quicker. But Mac's have that stupid 'apple' button that annoys the hell out of me.
I'm a PC girl at heart, I just can't help it. |

But anyway, I'd say go with the system you're used to or find easier. If that means the old PC over the flashy Mac, so be it. All I know is I have PC and it's been reliable so far! |

Then again Macs are like ten times cooler. They have the automatic speak tool and all that jazz. Then again it's so much different from a PC and it's tough to adjust to it |

Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 671 | June 18th, 2008 at 11:07pm I've always had a PC, so I can't really say anything, it would just be a one-sided opinion. PCs are really reliable, and good for word processing and office stuff. I definitely suggest a PC.
But get whatever you want. |

You have just totally saved my life. Ohmigod I can't believe I never knew that. ._.
I still say Mac, the OS is good, it's easy to use and it's pretty.
But the choice is yours. ^_^ |

Age: 17 Gender: Female Posts: 3322 | June 19th, 2008 at 03:47am If you have an Apple store near you, you can always go and test out all of their MacBooks (or whatever they are) and see if you like them over a PC. I get way to excited in those stores playing around on their different systems...especially playing with the iPod Touch. It's like, addicting to me. >_>
Though, personally, I'm a PC person. I just find it better for what I do. For what you do, you might need something different. It all depends on what you need it for and which system you prefer working on. |

Oh boy, don't get me started on those... I'm a tech geek haha. & I love the OS, so my next computer is definitely going to be a Mac. Probably a Macbook. My friend has a somewhat older one, about a year and a half old now, and it's pretty sweet. I love the way it's set up!

Age: 24 Gender: Female Posts: 1368 | June 20th, 2008 at 11:48am We used to own Mac's; which were pretty darn cool if you wanted to do drawing and graphics ect on the computer, the downside is that there is no Word Processor, no spell check, and a lot of things that you want to download onto your Mac won't because a lot of things are more PC focused.
Which is why we now have a pretty cool PC. Mac just look cool due to the colours it comes in, PC are just cool. |
