I went on Hot Topic's web store to try and special order some jeans, and I thought, "Hey, I'll see how old you have to be to work there".
So, I looked at their little job applications, and you have to be over 18!
Is it like that with anyone else's HT?
I REALLY wanna work there; hot guys, good music, easy jobs...what more could you ask for? |

They want more mature people, older people to handle younger customers, lifting stock boxes, etc.

It also could be the area you are in. Like Malls usually ask for 18 and over. |

I kinda know this guy from a bunch of shows and I know for a fact he's sixteen. He works there.
(Plus, Ryan Ross worked there when he was sixteen. Find that one funny...)

I know a lot of people who work at Hot Topic, and I asked them if piercings/tattooes were a requirement, and they started laughing and asked where I had heard that from. Some people who work there just spread rumors, I guess.  |
