How do I tell them...

Recently, I've been offered a place to stay. My parents and I have serious issues, and I'm constantly depressed and confused in the house I live in.
There are a few factors that I'd rather not speak about for reasons why I want to get out.
I do not blame my parents, yet I have nothing else to blame for why I want to go, either.

I do love them, but I don't want to live with them. This is not just some silly teenage angst thing, so please do not tell me it's because of my age.

I want to know how to tell them I'm moving out, without leaving a letter like a coward.
Do I tell them the day I leave?
Do I tell them now, or more close to the date I'm leaving?
Any suggestions I would be incredibly grateful for.

Maybe it's best to just talk to them about it first. Why you want to leave and everything.

Living somewhere without your parents is hard. You might want to think about it a whole lot before you really do move out. And in my opinion, leaving would just feed your depression. Nobody else can love like your parents, dear.

I say, tell them what's on your mind as soon as possible, watch for their reaction, then decide.

I would love for them to be able to love me like that, but it's an incredibly complicated situation.
I've thought about this for at least a month and a half. It's only until now that I've actually got a stable place to go.

Well, there isn't any other way to tell them other than to leave a note/message thing and look like a coward or just to tell them straight.

Since you're sure that you really just need to get out of your house, tell them now.
WHen are you planning on going?

As soon as the people I'm going to are ready for me to come.
It's so kind of them, but I'm making sure they're ready before I come and live with them.

Well, if I were you, I'd tell them a few days before these people are ready.
Sorry if I keep changing my mind. Shifty

Just so if they decide to disown you, you'll be ready. Think
If you don't mind me asking, is the problem with your parents? Is it something they do?

You never know, maybe they're willing to change for you.

It's something they do that...makes me...feel put down, if that's the right words for it.
They make living in this house hell for me, except I'm so stupid that I don't want to blame it on them, I'd rather blame myself.

That's not very healthy. If it's their fault, blame it on them, parent or not.
But like I've said before, just tell them straight a few days before you're ready to go. Cute

Good luck. Arms If you even need somebody to talk to, I'm here.

Thank you so much.
My only problem still standing is what I'm going to tell them. Oh, lord.
