I have never met the step siblings. so I'll exclude them. My brother... he has autism and he is three years older then me. I'm constantly pissed off at him and I push him around and over shadow him. I have to look after him in school, which is partially the reason why I barely even have a life. Yep. I love my brother with all my heart, he's amazing and he's made me a stronger and better person. I will never ever let anybody hurt him. He will save my life someday.

He's seven years older than me but I'm kind of feeling "" 'cause he said something yesterday that hurt me... I still hate him now... So yeah, I'm not inspired to say something good about him this time.

We used to get along, and have that sibling alliance thing against nosey parents. But nowadays he's just fucking annoying. He's immature and whiny, and what sucks is I still care so much for his opinion. T_T I like it when we watch movies together, and stuff, and if I ever read something cool online I'll tell him about it. But a lot of the time, he'll listen for like two seconds, and then he'll be like "Don't you love how I'm ignoring you?" and it's fucking annoying. And he calls me a brat or says that I'm being annoying a lot, but I'm certainly a hell of a lot less bratty or annoying than he is. There you go.

I love him, and everyone says I can be over-protective of him, but that's only because of something that happened. I love him so much, and he makes me happy when he can see I'm upset. But we do fight - a lot. And my sister (1 is alright. I love her, and she understands me. Like, she has the same sense of humor and stuff. I'm going to miss her when she goes to university.

Liam makes these stupid dialouges for characters when I play a game, and I laugh so hard. Anthony, he's just a dumbass but its funny.

They're all way older than me though - 21 , 22 , 27 , 29 - but we're all really close. Like a cliche family from a book. Okay , not really. Me and my youngest brother used to fight loads about the stupid , normal sister-brother stuff but once he moved out , we got a lot closer. We listen to some of the same bands and stuff , so that's cool. He's really over protective sometimes , but it's handy when things get shouted at me in the streets. My other brother , I don't really know. He's autistic. He can't speak either. I try so hard with him though , to try and build up a relationship with him , to make him recognise me. It eventually made me depressed and stuff , because he was incapable of accepting me and at times , he just didn't know I was there. But about a year ago , he hugged me. He'd never done that to another person without being prompted before. It was cool. My oldest brother lives in London , a radiologist. I see him about twice a year , I have never lived longer than a week with him. I love him to pieces though. My sister is my best friend , end of. She's just the bomb. =]

My older one got depression for two years and basically fucked up my family but she's still awesome now she's better again and we hang out a lot. My little sister I get along with quite well, she makes me laugh a lot (today she got herself stuck in the washing basket because she wanted to 'surprise me' but got stuck trying to hide XD). But she's typical little sister: she's really good at annoying too. I'm over-protective of her sometimes. My ex said he couldn't hang out with her after we broke up because he couldn't be seen out with a 12-year-old. I flipped.

Amateur Author Age: 15 Gender: Female Posts: 118	August 19th, 2008 at 07:35am i have an older half-brother. he's my best friend. he's very nearly 6 years older than me (he turned 21 this year, i'm turning 16 in december) but we're really close and we've never fought or anything. it's really awesome! i loves him to death. he moved to colorado on the 6th, and he told me that when i turn 18 if i want to move out there- or just come visit for a while- he's going to have a bus ticket waiting for me and i can live with him. he really wants me to come live there, so i'll have a better life, but i'm not sure. i love him, but i don't think i want to live in colorado. decisions suck.

They're both annoying brats. I get along ten times better with my sister even though she can be...a bit of a bitch. But she can be considered one of my best friends I suppose. She can be awesome sometimes like when she takes me to concerts and the movies or whatever, and when he actually talks to me like I'm a real person and not a child. But she's a real pain in the ass if she's in a bad mood. I love her a lot though. She's influenced a lot of the stuff I'm interested in music/movie/book wise. I don't really talk to my brother that much. And he's kind of a jerk. You know how you're supposed to have an unconditional love for family? Well, he's kinda my exception. He just gets himself mixed up with the wrong crowd. And he's kinda selfish and arrogant. He drives my mom crazy and they always get in arguments all the time, too. But..I don't hate him. I just can't say that I love him. But I don't know, he could just be in a phase. Love my sister though.

She's a brat, always needs to get her way and is complete disrespectful to everyone. But when she's nice and cooperative, we get along really well and share tons of laughs. I think that when she's older and a little more mature, we'll be even closer. My half sisters are much older than me (28 and 30) and I don't see them often. We're not close; I'd consider them more like cousins than sisters. They're pretty weird, (they were brought up by my dad's ex, and his ex was kind of... odd.) they keep trying to get my sister and I into Wicca and stuff like that. O_O But yeah, they're pretty cool, despite the fact that we're not close at all because of the age gap. (though the 28 year old is just a menace. I dislike her a lot.)

I love them to death, but I can't be around them for too long. Especially little brother number one. The times that we can actually have a conversation and not fight are few and far apart. I try to get along with him, but it's harder than some people would think. The second little brother can be just as annoying, but I seem to get along with him better. My older sister and I used to fight-a lot. But these past few years we've gotten along really well. I'm quite annoyed with her a lot because her problems are screwing with the rest of the family, and she's not even living in the house anymore, but I enjoy the times that we can have a good time and laugh together.

My older sister is 24, and she has a different dad then me, so I never really saw her when I was younger, but now we talk often on AIM, and see each other when we can. My older brother is my best friend. He's eighteen, and I'm fourteen, but even a slight age difference doesn't effect us. I think what made us so close were our parents. The regular thing for parents, fights for ages, and finally a divorce. Plus, my mom has a drinking problem, so when ever she'd get out of control, I could hide in his room. He's moving out soon, for collage, and I'll probably move in with my dad, so I don't have to put up with my mom's bullshit. At his graduation, he went to a church school, they were to give flowers to the most important people in his life, and I got the most important flower. (It was like a huge rose, while the rest were small white ones.) That, of course, made me cry. Then I felt embarrassed because I promised my self I wouldn't cry, and I failed. Then there is my little seven year old sister. She has A.D.D and A.D.H.D, so she's a complete handful. No one but our parents like her. She's always hungry, so that's frustrating to deal with when babysitting her. Actually, to be blunt, I can't stand that child. Yeah, so there are my siblings.

We're like two versions of the same person sometimes, and people will occasionally tell us that we look alike, especially now that he's the same height as I am. (Which I am not happy about. I like being the tall one.) We're normally both united against everyone else, but sometimes he can be, well... an annoying little brother.

But we have a very similar sense of humour which helps us get along some of the time. I'm jealous of people with sisters, my best friend and her sister share clothes and tell each other everything, sigh.

After being a single child for so long, I never thought I'd get used to having a sibling around, you know? But I think she's awesome. Sure, she can get on my nerves a hell of a lot, and she's at that awkward age when 'No, go away and get out of my room' is like water off a ducks back, but she's so damn funny. She's too cool. You should see her running around carrying the GH guitar so she can pretend to be me.

And a baby half sister whose a year old. She's okay. But even though I really dislike my siblings, especially my brother, I don't think I'd want to be an only child. He's got my back in family situations and he helps me get away with a lot. As well as when our parents are on angry rants he has to sit and deal with the yelling with me, so I'm not alone.
