My mom thought it was pretty.And when I told the lady to trim my hair, she chopped like a quarter off so I was left with like shoulder length flicks. But it grew out now. So I'm good.

Anyway a couple of days before my exam results came in, I cut my fringe straight across. Now I hate it. There's nothing I can do, I kinda cut it to the side but it doesn't look right&I'm too afraid to cut it any shorter in case I fuck it up.

They made it this fiery red when she asked for brown-red highlights. It was hilarious. For a bit, she looked like Cyndi Lauper.

I asked for short layers in the front and back, longer ones in the back, so it wouldn't look like I had a mullet. NOPE. She cut it long in the front, short in the back. so it looks like I have some kind of Elvira/mullet type hairdo.

And to cut only three inches off. But the hairstylist wanted the highlights to be red so I let her. It was awful. She also cut seven frickin' inches off! So I went back a couple days later to get the highlights I want. But my mom convinced me to get my old highlight which are blondish orange. But she literally dyed my hair with that color so I'm waiting... for my effing hair to grow out. I'm still mad at my mom because I found out that she told the hairstylist to cut seven inches off... so my mom agreed that she will never go with me when I get my hair done. An asian with blonde hair... not very natural, lol.

Writer's Block Age: 15 Gender: Female Posts: 4	August 30th, 2008 at 09:29pm o hated the bangs that the hair lady cut, so... i just cut them straight across and i ended up cutting a little too far back. so now i have a very thick part at the right side of my head. i hate it. but eventually my hair grew a bit so that i can sweep it to the side :] (yet theres still that thick part...)

But just after I graduated year 12, when I was17, I had my hair cut short with a fringe ... see below ... Then I dyed it black that night .... It was hot and I loved it, but a few months after I got bored with my color, so I decided since it was short, I'd have pink hair, so after bleaching it a few times, my boyfriend helped me get the pink in and I ended up with ... Which was also very cool, but then and I don't have a picture of this, but I cut in a short fringe with a tip on it, you know the fetish kind ... needless to say I hated it

Sooo one day we're walking in the city and there's this school for upcoming hairdressers and when you go there to let them "practise" on you; it's way cheap. Sooo I am like whining on and on about going there because I wanted this very "in"-hairstyle at that time; a freakin' bobline. And so we went in there and the student-hairdresser totally f*cked it up and I ended up with hair that barely touched my ears and it was hella boy-like and just supernasty-looking, Luckily for me it was winter so I had my scarf wrapped around my head like a freakin' criminal and I left my coat on all the time so I could pull the collar up as high as possible to bridge the gap. I will never forget.

At the time I hated it but I so totally wish I had it back. Anyway, I assume I got bored one day, hid under a table , and ended up cutting just one side of it up to my shoulders. So my mum freaked out and took me to the hairdressers and I had to get the other side cut up to my shoulders though it sort of ended up as a bob. I've never had it that long, or that short, ever again.

It looked alright. Sort of choppy, but that's how it always is (and how I like it), I'm cheap and never go to a hair dresser. So yeah, he was hacking away and then, er... he thought he'd get all artistic. Here's the scene: we're standing in his bathroom and he's skipping around me with a pair of scissors. He takes a section from the right, sort of in the middle of my hair, and cuts. This thick clump of hair pokes upwards, amidst the rest of it, long and hanging quite happily. Hand to mouth, "shit", he says... he cuts again and again, making this strand smaller and smaller until it's to a number 4 shaved length, looking like a sexy little bald spot. It took longer than it should have to grow back, and had to go through tufty stages which resulted in me buying an alice band to shove it down. Oh, and that piece of hair is still a bit weird... blunt trauma, right?

I had a little obsession with shorter, straight hair and asked my grandma to cut my hair real short. She obliged and made my hair reach the small of my neck or around there. Looking back, it looked so bad; I thought it was the coolest thing ever. And then the summer before eighth grade, I talked my mom into letting me layer my hair more and then get it straightened. Took me to a friend's house whose mom was a hairdresser and said mother cut my hair in the basement of their house and straightened it. It was... alright, I suppose, but the straightened part of the deal was horrible and would always go curly as well as the fact that the layers were just... bad. Really messy and such. Took ages to figure out how to fix it. Eh, that's honestly the worst of it.

I cant even try to explain how ugly it looked. last year I got this hair cut from this like collage kid and OHMIGOD it looked like really bad....then I got it cut a day before school started this year and it looked kinda bad kinda not but its growing out. It looks better now. I think my problem is that I live in Florida so I have to put like a whole bunch of hairspray and gel in it so it will stay looking good. Other wise it just goes all kadoose ugly on me... I hate humidity.-_-

I've figured out how to make it look un-screwed if I screw it up, which I don't much, because I know when to stop. But yeah. Oh, when I had like, red hair at the start of year 8, I had to bleach it out for school photo's and it looked like hay Sad days.
