I've got three more years of highschool but after that I really want to be in a band. Most likely a guitarist. Mum said I have to have a job to fall back on so I'll either be a writer or a artist. I want to go to America to study them.

That would be cool if you came to the US! Then I'd get to see you.

We could form a band together.

I want to be either a music journalist, a social worker, or a therapist of some kind. I also plan on writing on the side.

Lets see...this will be an interesting group of things...

I want to go to mortuary college to get into emblaming dead people...

I want to be in a band or sorts playing guitar or bass...

I want to work with technical theater stuff cause I love it...

I want to possibly own a record company or an alterna store so there is something for the more alternative group of people besides Hot Topic...ha

I want to be a photographer...

I want to very possible write something...other than slash...ha...and get it out there...

And you know what?...I wouldn't mind marring a rich dude if it meant I could sit on my lazy ass and avoid choosing one of these...ha

I would want to be a writer. Aside from that... I'm okay with where I am. I would like to do more idea's for the products my company does.

I've always wanted to do something with music. Like, travel with bands and such. Not a guitar tech, I'm not sure what really.
If not I'd love to do journalism/photography with music. That would be wicked awesome!

And if I completely leave the whole music part, I'd love to do something in psychology

I thought about being a high school teacher but I don't think I'd be right for it.

I have no idea what I want to be. I hate my family members asking me all the time.

Since I was really young, I've always wanted to do something that involves writing. So I'm thinking a journalist would be a nice job, and If that doesn't follow through I could become a teacher of some sort. As a freshman I'm taking a journalism class, hopefully that would help me pursue my goals.

Is it weird that I want to own a bookshop? There's two in my town.. but mine is special. :] I'm thinking it's going to have a cafe along with the bookshop area, and a lounge area just to relax and read a book in. & Weekly children's book readings, of course.

But, most likely I will go to a UW university, get a degree in social work, and help out poor families and kids that are having problems. BUt hey, a girl can dream.....

I want to be a mental health psychologist.

I just find the mind fasinating and I think mental health problems are really interesting, especially stuff like demencia and OCD. I want to be the person who figures out how it all works so I can get my name in some science book that nobody will ever read.

If not that then something to do with kids like a social worker or a youth worker (: Fun haha.

I've just finished High School and I still have no idea of what I want to do or even what direction to take and its sending my stir crazy. I want to find out what kind of career I will enjoy before I got and spend years of my life training for it and getting in debt over it but I don't know where to start, I'm in the country and there's not much available here. I just dont know what to do. I get inspired to do things but how do I know that inspiration will last, I wan't to make a difference to the world but I don't know the best way to do that.

Have you noticed the running theme of "I don't know" anyone else had this problem? What did you do?

I want to be a fitness instructor or a nutritionist, so that's what I'm studying.

It's funny, my whole life I was brought up to be an academic, skipping years at school and being pressured into taking extra classes. I came second in my state at the end of Year 12, but I'd been trying so hard to meet other people's expectations that I didn't even realise I hated what I was doing. I don't care if I'm passing up somebody else's once-in-a-lifetime opportunity- I would rather just be someone ordinary, making a decent living doing something I enjoy and having a life on the side.

Hah... I don't think I've seen anyone put THIS down yet... but...

I'm actually going into my second year of my Music major at my university, and I'm working towards becoming an Audio Engineer. And if anyone doesn't know what an audio engineer does... it's those kickass people who work with bands in the studio and like... record their shit and work with soundboards and all that great stuff. I really wanna take a few classes of stuff like that over in London for a semester, cuz the classes sounded to die for and just what I was looking for, and I just really want to work in the music industry.

And as a side project, I'm planning on trying to get some novels published, once they're edited to top quality stuff. I'm planning on sending in something for publication by the end of my Sophomore year or maybe the end of 2009, depending on how busy I am, and if everything works out, I'll actually be published. Which would be sweet. >.<

Well, when I am old enough to get a job (lol), I want to work at Barnes and Nobles or Borders. After college, I hope to be a journalist *cough*inHelsinkiFinland*cough*, and possibly also be in a band. I want to be the type of journalists who interview bands, musicians, etc. : )

So yeah.. Music and writing are my loves, as you can see.♥

I would love to be involved with something with art or writing.

I also love music...as far fetched as it may be, if I could be a part of a band, that would be really cool too. I just love guitar and singing's pretty cool, and I love writing lyrics. But again, realistically, that happening successfully, is doubtful. But one can have dreams (Haha...after posting this I realize it's similar to the post above me. Sorry.)
