I love cd players, cause they're just so...I dunno.
But I like i-pods too but if you don't buy the latest one which is tiny your ridiculed.

The new tiny ones are horrible. Sure they have nice features but the width annoys me. And the games. I don't like them at all. Neutral

If they get any smaller, we will lose them all of the time although I think that is their plan.
The games are horrid too.
I'm going to stick with my retro iPod mini, the big chunky one Very Happy

The more we loose them, more money they get! Those sneaky people.
I love the old ones too. It just fits in your hand better and its easier to stare at.

I love the old-school-ness of CD players... the almost-vintage feel of it, but I must say I love my iPod dearly.

I love CD players, simply because you don't need to buy speakers for it, and they're louder than iPods. But, in saying that, I own an iPod and don't listen to it because it died and the charger snapped [/spam]

I have an ipod touch. It doesn't see the light of day... I never touched it until my mp3 crapped out on me halfway through class one day.

Still, I much prefer carrying around my discman -- I'm oldschool like that.

Are Ipods even fun to have? I mean, I have heard about them, but I am not sure if I should invest in one... Ha Ha

I mean I love my ipod and all
But I miss my CD player
I had the same one for ten years and then it decided to break on me.....
Once it broke that's when I got an ipod

CD players all the way. I'm from the cd generation, and I will always stay in that generation...plus there is just something about shopping for cd's and taking them home with you that shopping online for music downloads will never ever satisfy. Plus cd players are cheap and affordable, although constantly buying batteries is not awesome

iPods all the way!

I have an 3rd generation iPod nano named (yes, I named my iPod. It's a long story) Jasper, and I don't find iPods complicated at all. Plus, it's like putting all of your CDs into a blender... That was a weird simile, but you get my point.

I personally prefer the iPod. I have access to more songs at one time, without having to find the disc I want.

I don't think CD's will ever lose their touch.

I guess that is the upside to iPod's but looking for that CD is always brilliant fun.

CDs will never be replaced. Ever.

Remember, they have art on them. And I never get enough when I stare at the CD art- The music may be crap, but if the art is good, I'll put it up on my wall.

Plus, I have an MD player, a CD player, and those two are better than an iPod. iPods tend to ruin the quiality of the CD; the re-formatting of teh audio file to a classic MP3 file destroys the basic sounds, and I have sensitive ears.

CDs, ladies and gents. Smiley All the way.

I used to be against Ipods. When Everyone was getting them my junior year, I made it a point not to ask for one at all. But then, my sister went to get one, and I saw how cute they were, so I got it. My first was an Ipod Nano- beautiful little guy. I swear, Ipods have opened me up to knew music since now I can download more music instead of just buying a CD and ending up not liking the songs. Right now, I have an Ipod Nano 3rd Generation, and I feel naked without it.
