Age: 17 Gender: Female Posts: 348 | July 18th, 2008 at 01:05pm I work at Toys R Us in Sydney, and I thought it'd be cool if maybe there were people who worked at Toys R Us all over the world could chat!
So, I thought I'd post this, cos I'm curious to see how your stores work, and if they're the same and all that jazz
I had a search, and couldn't see any topics for this
And if you don't think it's ok, I guess you can lock.
But it'd be mad if there were other TRU employees here! |

Plus, is there any heavy lifting involved?! Because if not, I'm totally down for filling out an application there. |

Depends where you live too.
Not really any heavy lifting. Depends what you do.
Registers, there isn't really, unless someone buys something, but it's usually not too bad.
Salesfloor, you get a bit && Nightfill, theres a lot of heavy lifting. |

I suppose they assume older people will be less tempted to muck around with the toys... WRONG! |

Age: 17 Gender: Female Posts: 6494 | August 9th, 2008 at 04:51pm I really want to work at Toys R Us.
But the nearest one is in Chester so I'd probably spend more getting there than the wages I'd get. |
