Coverting Sheet Music?

Does anyone know of any way, like any website that helps convert sheet music into.. I have no idea how to explain this. Into the notes. For example C, D, E. If you get me? I can do it myself over time, but I'm realy bad at reading music. Bit confusing, I know.

do you mean converting the dot on the line into the letter??
the only way to do that is to practice it. go through a piece of sheet music (any instrument, just make sure it's in your clef) and identify (say it out loud!!) notes. or, draw a staff with the letters on their lines and use that to help you. but music always takes time. just have to practice.

if you want, go to musictheory.net
click the arrow next to lessons. click on "the staff, clefs, and ledger lines" and go through the lessons.
when you're done, click "return to previous page" or whatever gets you back to the first screen, and click the arrow next to "trainers". then go to "note trainer". it gives you a note on staff and you identify its letter name.

i hope this helps. but remember that everything in music needs to be practiced as many times until you feel you know it, then practiced some more.

You'd probably be better off, in the long run, to just take your time and learn to read music properly.
