I just sat my GSCE's not too long ago, and got quite good grades. Cute
About 3/4 credits and 3/4 generals.
But here they're thinking about changing them/taking them out. OMG NO!
I was like, "SO UNFAIR!"

I didn't go in during the holidays to get my results, but I got them today - even though I'm only in year 10 (year 11 now D=), so I didn't do that many this year.

Chemistry - B
Physics - B
Biology - C
English - A Cheese Clap
RE - B

I'm so dreading the rest of them in '09 -___________-

I just did my standard grades, which is like the equivalent of GCSEs in Scotland.
I got:
Modern Studies; 1, Latin; 1, Music; 1, English; 2, Administration; 2, Chemistry; 2, Maths; 3, Biology; 3.

I was way proud of that, cause I was so expecting to fail.

They way I always revised was jsut to make copies of the notes I had already written, it goes into my head better than just reading it, and usually I made them shorter and pullet pointed. But also doing lots and lots of exam papers, seriously for biology we had over 10-15 papers given to us to do, all that they could find.

Ha it seems so long ago I can't remember exactly what I did for GCSE but what I've said above is what I did for AS and A2 Levels, and it does appear to work because I'm not the smartest of people but I still did pretty well in my exams. But then again it seems to work for some people, but not for others.

I was really bad at maths, but my teacher swapped me from higher tier to intermediate tier. I know they've changed the maths GCSE so I don't know if they even do that anmore, but it was so much easier, I could actually understand things.
