A Story About Love, Escape, Teenagers, and Perception

I haven't thought of a title, yet. However, I do have the two main character's names. That's one of the first things I come up with. The guy is named Crispin and the girl is named Echo. The names are purposeful. I am kind of toying with the idea that Echo is a rockstar of some sort. Crispin would be a regular dude no matter what. Here's a brief description of the two of them:

Echo: wild, unpredictable, mysterious, comical
*Wants to run away from either the burdens of fame or something else (I don't know yet)

Crispin: insecure, gets into trouble at school a lot (inner emotional issues), quiet, perceives Echo differently than she really is, funny without meaning to be
*Wants to run away from school and/or family trouble
*hates being called Cris because he feels as if being named something weird like Crispin is the only unique thing about. Cris it too normal.

--Echo calls him Cris anyways. Here's a quote I thought of. This is from his point of view.
“There was something about they way she called me ‘Cris.’ It was like she knew why I hated it and didn’t care because she thought differently."

Basic Story: Echo and Crispin meet somehow and end up running away from their homes/lives and have adventures. Eventually, Crispin gets sensible and decides they should go back. Echo tells him to go without her and that she'll meet up with him later. She never does. He never sees her again. He has to learn to come to peace with the fact that he'll never know what happened to her.

Why are there co-authors for this?
I want it to be told from different points of view for each chapter. Never from Echo's. Definitely from Crispin's and maybe from random other people. Like a hotel clerk or a bus driver. Random observers.

Does anyone have an idea for a title?

I can't think of one. All I can come up with is Crispin's Echo, but I don't know if that fits.
