Fall Out Boy VS. My Chemical Romance!

Ok, so some friends and i have been discussing topic for a while,
which band do you think is bigger, My Chemical Romance, or Fall Out Boy?

Now, when I say which band is bigger, I mean by how famous they are, how large their fan base is, how well known they are, how many of their records have been sold, etc.

In my opinion, I think Fall Out Boy is bigger. I personally like MCR's music more, but I still think FOB is bigger. Almost everyone I've ever asked "Have you heard of Fall Out Boy?" they say yes. Now there have been a lot of people I've asked about My Chem. and they say "Who?" or "I've never heard of them."

I want to here your opinions!!

FOB is more mainstream.
And I love them more. But MCR are srsly famous, as well.

Fall Out Boy is bigger mainstream, but MCR probably has the largest fanbase. Isn't that strange. It seems like that would be impossible.

I love them both, but I listen to Fall Out Boy more often, I think. There music's more upbeat at just puts me in a good mood.

Fall Out Boy. If you were saying who's more famous on Mibba, MCR wins hands down. But I realy do think FOB is more famous. You say Fall Out Boy to someone they think of Dance Dance, Thanks for the Memories, This Ain't a Scene, and Sugar We're Going Down. You say MCR to a person they probably think of the song, Welcome to the Black Parade and that's it.

definitely MCR, but as a hardcore devoted fan of Green Day, I would have to say that they probably have a bigger fan base than the other two put together.

That's...sad. And one of the reasons I sometimes tire of this site - it's difficult retaining my cool when surrounded by such immaturity, especially when considering I am older than a large population of the members. And I've just decided this conversation isn't worth my time because of said immaturity. Goodbye.
