Help Wanted.
I'm thinking of commissioning a story from Mibba to be turned into a pod!fic that people can download on their iPods and mp3s to listen to whenever they wish. Lately I've become addicted and thought it'd be nice a gesture to an author that has inspired many in the power of writing and improving their own fictional skills or just taught them some lessons in life. So really, I'm looking for a fic that was some turning point for you, inspired you, made you see things differently, changed your view not only in writing but also outside of writing, an author who you think put a lot of effort into their work and it showed how beautifully they can write.
Since I'm going to be paying for this, it's ultimately my decision which fic I decide on, but I'd love to hear your views on uncovering some authors that I might have not seen before on how well they can write, how brilliant their stories are.
The only catch is they must be a frerard pairing and not full of graphic sex. As nice as some of those are, I doubt I'd want a porn library on my iPod and frankly my tastes lie elsewhere than hardcore action fleshing out the whole of the story. A few scenes or two with sex are okay. I'd prefer chaptered material since I want something long on my iPod to be able to go back to listen to, but I will seriously consider one-shots as well.
You can pimp out your own story, or friends' or authors you've secretly been stalking. I don't mind either way as long as I'm receiving reccs that make me think about how glad I am that I breathe this fandom.

I don't read nearly as much as I should. My favorite Frerard was taken down. :S But I'd have to suggest anything by Carys; I think you already know her and how amazing she is. :]
