So, I need to post more stories on here...
I know this! (I also felt I need to post more journals, hence this one being written.) I would just like to use this journal to clarify that I am actually writing a lot of stuff, some of which will eventually end up on this site if all goes according to plan. I know most people here probably don't know me as an author, and therefore, this post doesn't mean a whole lot to them. I'm perfectly fine with that, of course.
I was just wondering if anyone else writes and posts the way I do. (That will give anyone who ends up reading this and wondering why they are, something to think about and maybe even comment about.) My process usually is: I write a lot, typically the old fashioned, hard-copy, pencil and paper way; then I type on word, which is where lots more editing tends to happen, and then, when it is either totally completed or very nearly so, I begin to post it on here. This explains why I only have one story posted on this site.
I promise (which means more to me than anyone else really) that I am working pretty damn hard on several projects intended for this site. I am really hoping that one I am working particularly hard on and I am very excited about will get posted before this year ends, but I fail at life on a fairly regular basis so I can't exactly guarantee anything like that.
Also on a slightly unrelated note, I would like to add (also perhaps for discussion purposes) that I probably won't ever post any original fiction stories. For the record, I write plenty of them. They still outnumber fanfictions on my resume and probably always will. I am just way more overprotective of them generally, and for those reasons I don't feel comfortable putting them on the internet.
Well, it is getting late. I'm going to stop rambling and hopefully go to bed. Sometimes when I say that I end up writing or brainstorming. Such is the life of a writer.

I write mine out with pen first as well. Glad I'm not the only one. =D

I usually write it on Notepad and edit it in Word. :)
Sometimes I write the rough draft on paper, though.
You should post some OFs D:
I used to refuse to post any, mainly because I didn't write anything except fanfiction. xD
