R.I.P. Patrick Swayze. [2009 sucks.]

I didn't know if I should believe it or not, but besides TMZ actual news outlets are saying it's true, too. I think it was just on a local station, but I turned the channel before I could see for sure. Celebrities are starting to Tweet about it, though, which usually means there's at least some truthfulness to a story.

Man. This year just...really sucks, for celebrity deaths. I've lost some favorites this year, too. Erg.

On LJ, popular consensus is that as long as Betty White makes it past this year, it's not a total loss. ONTD loves us some Betty White.

Dirty Dancing and Ghost were two of my favorite movies he was in...and it breaks my heart that he couldn't beat his cancer.

My roomie told me about that when I got home from work tonight. =( That saddens me. This year really is a rough one for icons we've lost.

Yeah...I saw. But little by little, all the famous people we knew and loved will die, that's the negative part of growing up. Nothing freezes and we will see more celebrity deaths as we grow up.
