Lifestyles of the Green and Healthy ((Dieting))

Okay. So,.. I've decided to turn my life around. How so? I'm unhealthy,.. Not in the sense of dying, or anything,.. but my eating habits are whack, and I'm rather out of shape. So,.. I've decided to formulate a plan. You know how Benjamin Franklin had his Thirteen Virtues? I'm going to base my plan off of that.

Starting next month, I'm cutting out all sodas and juices and things out of my drinks. I'm going to drink only water, with the exception of a glass of juice a week, and a small glass of milk every morning. I'll do this for a month,.. And I'm hoping that after that it wont be so hard.

As for exercising-- I don't really have a plan for that yet. If any of you have any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it if you could give them to me. I don't really want to focus on running as much, since I'm only allowed to walk so far up and down my road, and there is no sidewalk. Besides that, I don't have that much time during the week due to homework and such. Running on the weekend,.. now that's a possibility.

So,.. If any of you have suggestions to eating healthier and exercising,.. please let me know. I'd really appreciate it.
