Drunken ramblings that are still somehow grammatically correct. [Sardonic Grin is jealous of me. She should be.]
Really, though, this just goes to prove something. I'm roaring drunk right now yet I can still type somewhat well. Why? Spellcheck baby. It's all about the spellcheck. I mean, it's built right in to the site. So the next time someone says to excuse their spelling because they don't have spellcheck on their computer, they ain't got no excuse. This is Mibba. We got one of those already. Checkmate, b*tches.
That's not to say I'm at all mature. Jenni (Sardonic Grin) and I have been laughing about the word "come" for the last five minutes or so. You can guess the context. We are delicate and sensitive little ladies.
I'm a little bummed. I contemplated calling the boy over, but 1.) he really is too morally responsible to take advantage of a drunk girl, and 2.) I just yelled at a friend for trying to seduce a boy, because that is BAD DECISION MAKING, so that's not really fair.
Now I'm onto the depressed and restless phase, and that's no fun. I'm sure the roommates are glad I'm out of the giggly and loud part of things, but I'd rather go back to that. I really want to go for a walk, but I live in the city, and I'm not in the best condition right now. I mean, come on. Even I think that would be asking for it. So now I'm stuck in my room, watching "Bones" and "Glee" online, which is fun but it's getting kind of old. I'm writing, but it's a sex scene, so I don't even know what I'll think of it come tomorrow, when I can actually remember things. (Hah. Come. Oh, god...)
So, I guess I'm just going to sit here and keep writing for Playground (one-shot, not posted yet), and try to finish this No Man's Land chapter, because CrimsonArc is threatening me with bodily harm if I don't update soon, and then maybe I'll work on the 5th chapter of Awkward. (Yes, the 5th chapter. Audrey T. is writing the 4th chapter, and though she isn't finished yet we have things planned out enough to where I can write ahead and it's not a big deal.)
Oh! I went to see Inglourious Basterds tonight, with T and Caitlin. It was so, so good! A little long-winded at times, but I've come to accept that as being part of Quentin Tarantino's overall style, and really he makes it work for him, so no complaints about it. I loved The Bear Jew. I'm going to have Eli Roth's hairy, slightly awkward babies. Just so you know.
My manager and I both found out that if I don't take my vacation days by next week, I lose them. Bummer. So next week, I'm off all week, but I'm getting paid for it. I might go to Chicago with T for a few days. Knowing him, we'll spend every night sleeping in his car or under a bridge or something. He's an 'adventurer,' or some sh*t like that. Good times.
Go read the stories I linked. Or something. Idk. Come the weekend, I hope at least one of them will be updated.
Hah.
Come.

I just randomly saw this journal, and I wanted to say... after the rant about spell-check, you spelled Awkward wrong in the link XD I think that may be the most amazing thing I have seen all day.
....... I'll leave now. :)

Haha. That's talent right there...Having good grammar while drunk. Even if the spellcheck is there...
I agree about Inglourious Basterds. It's a great movie. It's my favorite "Non-Tom Hanks" movies.

-pokes head in- Oddly enough, the few times I've been typing while drunk, I've typed better than usual.
