I'm spending the night at the parentals' place tonight. When I walked through the front door, it was to find that they're having a party. Man. I hope I'm still all weird and fond of booze as my parents are, when I'm that age.
Unfortunately, my father noticed my ears for the first time, tonight. Normally he never did - my hair was long enough to cover my ears before, but now it's not - so I never really worried about what he'd think of them. But tonight he did; as soon as he noticed them, he yelled, "Hey, wait a minute!" and grabbed my ear as I was walking past. (Not to be unnecessarily rough or to purposefully hurt me or anything - more of an involuntary reaction, and as soon as he realized it he let go and was kind of flustered. Still, hurt like hell.) "When did that happen?"
"Jeez," my mom sighed. "They've been like that for years, where have you been?"
He doesn't like them. At all. Perks of not living here anymore, though: there's nothing much he can really do about them. He just kind of huffed and sulked for a while, then remarked that I can start sticking loose change in the holes if I make them a little bigger. "And you live in the city now, so you never know when you'll need spare change for a parking meter." Thank you, Father.
I have my eyes on these right now, though. One of the roommates, Caitlin, is actually stretching her own lobes up just so she can get herself a pair of them. Now there's dedication. I'm content with sitting pretty at 0g for now, though. I've found that I can fit a pair of 9mm plugs in my lobes, if I oil them beforehand, but I'm in no hurry to get to 00g, at least not right now.
Ah, well. That wasn't that bad. I'm just waiting for my grandmother to notice. She disowned my cousin because of an eyebrow piercing, so if she ever happens upon me when I don't have any of my piercings hidden, or notices my ears, I'm probably out of the will, too. Ah, grandparents...

From what I'm gathering from the conversation going on in the other room, a dead body was recently found in one of the fields around here. That's...pleasant.

I finished the 5th chapter of Awkward, the Green Day co-write I'm currently working on with Audrey T., sent it off for her to edit, and then got it posted just last night. Feedback is niftykeen. And she's tearing right through the 6th chapter, because...well, she's rather amazing, isn't she?
Working on the next No Man's Land chapter, now. I'm hoping to have that updated within a few days. Whoo.

Damn, I'd stretch my ears just to wear those too! Except...I've already got them pierced. I'm angling for a second hole in each this summer, but it depends on my being able to pay for it. And parental agreement.
I actually saw some massively stretched ears tonight at work. I don't fully understand the measurements, so I don't know how wide they would have been. They looked nice though, with some deep purple plugs.
Like my father, yours appears a little unobservant on some details. Mine only just noticed that my hair is no longer light blonde. I dyed it brown a month ago.

My ears are at 00g right now. Those ones you want are really cool. The ones I want have cherry blossom tress and everytime I see them I flip.

Those are nice.
my boyfriend is at a 3/4 and he gets ragged on all the time for them...but I love them.
I was stretching mine, and I got to a 6, and they got all infected...so I was like, screw it.
My ears are small anyway, so I wouldn't have been able to go far anyway.
