Auras, Ghosts, and Is Society Bringing Us Down?
Hello dearies.
I just wrote a journal entry about half an hour ago, and one comment really struck out to me- auras.
Last year, I had an obession trying to see someone's aura- thanks to Evermore by (I think the author's name is) Something Noel. I think Ally... Not sure. Anyways, I could because my glasses were old, so everything was a lot more blurry so when I concentrated on people's skin, I could see this light glow around it, and I wondered, "Is that what an aura is?"
To prove my point, I would look at the person's face and expression. Sometimes I was right, sometimes, not.
I think that being able to see auras, in my experience is having a blurry eyesight to be able to see the radiating color better and a large amount of concentration.
Ghosts- First of, do you believe in ghosts? I'm a little hesitant to write this because basically, it's scary. No matter how tough someone says they are, inside, they're scared of ghosts. It's just part of human nature. So, because I'm human and following my nature, I will ask a four word question. Answer please, below.
Can you see ghosts?
I'd love if you give details and such.
Next, society. Me, you, the girl standing behind you, the boy you like, whatever, all look up to society. Is it leading us the wrong way? Possibly. Is it giving us the right messages? Maybe.
For example, today, I saw a SEVENTEEN magazine and glanced on the cover, because I'm a girl, I'm curious. I'm not saying I don't like this magazine, it is interesting, but I think it's giving the wrong messages and so are other magazines. Anyways, right on the lefthand corner in a bright yellow star-thing box, is "AMAZING STYLE TRICKS INSIDE." You're probably thinking, what's wrong with that?
There are two ways to look at it. The way I'm looking at it is, "If all teens buy this magazine and follow their tips, we are all going to look alike."
Some would say that's a good thing.
What I say is, "We are already to orthadox. Why continue it? Let's be unique."
The next way, the way I'm not thinking is, "That's great! We can all look alike and have no differentation in clothes and interests."
Do you want to be unique? And answer honestly.

I've expierienced paranormal activity on a physical and mental level.
But I'm not scared of it, because I trust in what I do and who I work with.
The best way to see an aura is to get someone to sit against a white wall, look carefully at their body and you can see an outline. After you've discovered this, ask them to get up and walk away. You can still see the aura as it remains on the wall, and follows the person.

I don't believe in ghosts. When I say ghosts I mean spirits of the deceased hanging around. I don't believe in that. I believe when you die you leave Earth.
As for society, if society is bringing us down, then essentially we're bringing ourselves down. Me, you, the girl standing behind you, the boy you like, whatever, all look up to society But at the same time, me, you, my friends, your friends, we're all a part of society.
I think the current culture in society, the complete obsession with other people (celebrities, whether they be musicians, actors, artists, etc) is something that's poisoning society (though I'm completely there myself). But, yeah, I dunno.
I want to be unique, but I don't try to be unique. I don't try to fit in, but I don't try to stand out. People who go out of their way to be 'unique' are just as annoying as people who try to fit in.

I believe in spirits/souls etc, but I don't know if I believe they stay on earth after the person dies. I am really not sure, I am kind of mixed up with thinking they could go somewhere else, sleep inside of their dead bodies until Judgement Day or just live on in our hearts until the right time. Or maybe Judgement Day is at everyone's deaths? Who knows.
But I believe most of the things that we deal with here on earth, these spirits...I think most of them, if not all, are demons. But I have had bad experiences with them. So...And yeah, I used to see things, when I was a lot younger, but I could have had a over-active imagination. Because now, I see neither them nor my imagination *Shrug*
And society, I am not sure. I mean, it's good to be unique, but it's good to be what makes you happy. And if that is unique or not is just something that depends on you. But yeah, society...I believe there are good and bad sides to every person. And therefore, there are a lot of good intentions behind things that later go wrong. Like say, someone starts a store with actual low prices for people who can't afford big expensive stuff, but once it gets handed down through the generations that promise could become a lie. We are all good and bad, and therefore things that we create or make our barriers or whatever, can be both....If that makes any sense...Don't know if it did really, but I'm not exactly in the best thinking shape right now. I might have just given you an unfinished thought xD

I'm not sure I believe in ghosts, and I am alone in my basement right now, and would rather not think about it, hahaha.
As for being unique, I would like to have something that sets me apart from other people, but I'm not sure if I would like to be completely different. That would probably be very lonely, and it would be a very big transition from how my life is right now.

i mean i'd like to think that i am different in what i think and do, and even in how i approach situations.
my style always changes, and not really due to the fashion but more to due with the fact that I'm bored with my cloths.
and yes i do believe in ghost, but that they they are roaming around and that are able to affect us in anyway, i do not believe.
