Things about "A Kiss That Bites".

Right now I know not a lot is very clear to you, the reader, but bare with me! All will be revealed in time. However, I think a few things need to be put here to help clear up things in my book series to be.

First, I would like to explain a bit more about the organization of the "groups" in the book(s).

Hunters

Elders (leaders) -- League (a word to describe all hunters) -- Families (individual hunter units)

Werewolves

Council (leaders) -- Lycki (a word to describe all weres) -- Clans ( individual Lycki units/families)

Non League Hunters

**Factions -- Rogues (a word to describe all non league hunters) -- Rings/Gangs (individual rogue units) -- The Leader (soon to be main leader of all factions, rogues, and/or rings/gangs of non league hunters)

**Factions are really the gathering places where new rogues are initiated into the "hunter" realm. They are not really a leader sect, but do have some organization.

Second, what does purus mean?

It is a Latin word for Pure. Lyckis in ancient times were referred to either the "Dogs of Anubis" or simply Purus. I really can't go into much detail about the whole thing with Anubis as that would spoil the entire series. So, you will just have to wait and gnaw on the bones I throw you.

Finally, what is the difference between Turned and Pure?

Turned have the ability to create others by bite alone. Besides being able to breed. Where Pures are not so lucky. The can only procreate by breeding and because of the limited "Pure" blood, there is a high infant death rate amongst the Pures. Also, the Pure belong to a different Pantheon than the Turned. The last thing is something kind of materialistic, but I think It is nifty! The Pure's eyes will glow blue when they change into wolf form and the Turned's eyes will glow green! That is another difference between the two. There is also many minor and complex differences, but I think I will let you guys read the stories and find out yourselves what makes them so different from one another.
