...that I adore this story, Between the Drops by Maggie Stiefvater. It's about a girl who has a fantasy all her life of walking "slantwise between the drops" to a place called Arcadia -- a wonderful place. It's fantastical and beautiful and a big must-read. It's short, really (what the Mibba community would call a one-shot), and it's worth every second of the time spent reading it. This is coming from someone who isn't a huge fan of Linger (though I did adore Shiver) and is trying to get herself to read the faery books she published.
While you're there, you should also check out some of Brenna Yovanoff's work, or Tessa Gratton's work. Those girls are seriously incredible at what they do on that page. It's called Merry Sisters of Fate, and they take turns posting short works online (one story a week and a few other features). It's really fun to go through when you feel like reading something. Almost as great as touring your favorite search tags here on Mibba. But go, go, go! Read that story. Seriously. You won't regret it(:
In other news: I bought clothes today. I won't need them until my baby grows a bit bigger, but I have them. They're cuuute! I got a few pairs of yoga pants from Forever 21 and Marshall's and this adooooorable maternity top from the maternity store at the mall. Other than that it'll be just tees and loose camisoles for me(:
