I see loads of journals specifically for comment swaps, and I think they are great ideas. But I also notice that a lot of them have loads and loads of comments and not all of them are being filled quickly. So I have come up with my own version to try and combat the problem.
RULES
01. I will match the number of words in the comment you give me as long as it is under 250 words.
02. I will reply to your comment within a week, my time. If I do not it is because I haven't seen your comment or lost track, so feel free to politely nudge me and ask what happened.
03. I will not reply to insulting/rude comments or comments which don't have any relavance to my story. I will reply to one sentence comments, although I will match them word for word in length. e.g. it was awesome, keep going! means you'll get five words in return. Maybe six if you're lucky.
If you comment on a drabble and ask for a comment on a chaptered story, you will get a comment on a drabble or a one-shot. Fair is fair folks.
& You only get the choice of the story I put up for grabs, possibly a choice of two.
The first five to comment will be comment swapped, any comments after that will not be counted but may still be charged ::tehe:
