Last friday I went to the Everything's Fine, Symphony Soldier tour (The Cab, The Summer Set, He is We, Days Difference, Paradise Fears) and it was one of the best concerts I've been to!

Paradise fears was first, they were super good, but their set was really short :/

Days Difference was next, I saw them 2 years ago so it was nice to see them again, you couldn't really hear the vocals though.

He is We was next and I was probably most excited to see them, I've been wanting to see them for more than a year. and ladjafliejoe THEY WERE SO GOOD!!! Rachel was on vocal rest after the show, but her vocals were still awesome, i wish they had a longer set!

The summer set was next and I only like 3 of their songs, so we didnt watch their set, we went to the merch area that was in a separate room and i got a Paradise Fears shirt and my friend got one and we talked to the merch guy, he's super chill and nice and cool. and then we talked to Sam, the lead singer of Paradise Fears.
And he is just so great and nice and he is really awesome to talk to. And he is just so good looking. We got pictures and stuff signed and he drew a picture and explained this whole theory about how the two band people should draw a picture together, like one starts and the other finishes and he drew a tree and i asked if it was a volcano and he was like

"no but that would have been awesome...its a tree. with an airpline flying over it. and the airplane is smiling....and oh god that looks like a flying penis"

And I told him I talked to him at the Gimme Summa Ya Love tour with ATL and The Cab when they were just promoting and i asked if they had to drive their own van for that and he was like
"yeah and you know what i suck at driving but i have to drive most of the time."

and I was like “yeah my friend Maddie almost killed us on the way here”

and he turns to my friend and goes “MADDIE YOU ALMOST KILLED US”

and my friend was like “im not Maddie.”

And then my other friend walked up and then the whole thing happened again. And just he was like “ I knew that because I saw them earlier, they were cool.”

But he obviously didn’t. and he is so great.

Then we talked about shoes because he made a comment about my boots being like The Cab’s and how they had awesome boots. And so I said he could borrow them but his feet are big and mine are small and then we compared feet and he was like

“yeah I really have small feet but I wear big shoes so girls don’t think im small in other places” and just lksjafeifjoej I died. And he was like “nah I have big feet. Size 11”

and I was like “does that mean youre bigger in other places” and I shouldn’t have even said it yaknow. But his shoes were $2 from Rue 21 and i didnt believe him! but they were! like whoa 2 bucks! so cheap right. and then we just talked about random stuff and then we said goodbye because we were gonna go outside

and he was like "yeah we'll be hanging out after so come back and talk, or we could fight" and he did like this boxing move thing and idk. we talked for like 15 minutes.

Then i walked out and saw Joey from the Cab so i got a picture and had him sign stuff, then we went outside and Alex DeLeon walked up to the door a few minutes later so i got a picture and had him sign stuff and he was like

"I just got here."

and we were like "What?"

and he was like "yeah i went and saw a movie because i was bored."

and then he said "i have to go warm up so i dont sound like shit"

and i was like "you never do" and he was like "aw thank you sweetie" and aljfasoei i died a little.

Then we went back in like 10 minutes later and saw the last few songs of TSS and they played Chelsea and i like that one so whoooop! then the Cab came on aljfasijf and they are just so great live, Alex even sang some acapella and it was so beautiful.

But after their set we went to the merch to meet everyone else and ya.

GALJEFEI. I JUST REALLY FUCKING LOVE RACHEL FROM HE IS WE OK. LIKE. SHE IS MY FAVORITE GIRL IN A BAND EVER. i had her sign a picture i drew and i got a picture with her and she had a sign that was all "not being a D-bag, (on vocal rest)" adkfjaoeifj

and then i walked past like all the summer set people just to get to their merch guy, JUSTIN GODSEY, aldkjfei he's from My Girl Friday and i asked for a picture and had him sign my autograph book and i asked when they were going on tour

and he was like "we're figuring that out when i get home" and i had ended up tweeting a creeper picture of him to his twitter during TSS when he looked so bored and he saw it and i was like awkward.

AND THEN I SAW TREVOR KELLY FROM HE IS WE!!!!!! he is so adorable and cute and i love him so much and god he is so perfect i would date the fuck out of him AND I WOULD CUDDLE HIM SO MUCH AND I JUST FIND HIM REALLY ADORABLE AND GAH. HE IS SO SWEET AND NICE

and he liked the picture i drew and he was like "come here you!" and he opened his arms AND I HUGGED HIM OK I HUGGED HIM AND HE HUGGED ME AND IT WAS SO GREAT. and gah
i said i liked his mittens
and he was like "thanks!" and we got a picture and aldjfaoijeaf. fuck i miss him.

And then we went back to Sam from Paradise fears because we had posters for him to sign and he was like

"HEY!"

and i was like "long time no see!"

and he was like "yeah, i know..like what was it? before the Summer set and the Cab right?"

and i was like "jeez that was forever ago" and he asked how we liked the cab and the summer set

and i was like "we didnt watch the summer set"

and he looked at us like we were crazy

and i was like "i dont like the summer set, they suck"

and he was all :O "no they dont! have you heard their recorded stuff"

and we got into a big discussion about that

and i was like "just for that comment i only like you this much" and i put my hand really low "compared to how much i used to like you" and i put my arm way up.

and he was like "You cant do that just because i like TSS"

and i was like "it goes the cab, he is we, days difference the summer set, then you."

and he was all :O

and i was like "nah it was like the cab, he is we, you then days difference and then the summer set"

and then he did the rank and put their band on the bottom

and i was like "oh you can do that but i cant?" and aajef. then we just talked and said they had to come back to iowa

and he was like yeah des moines probably

and i was like "peoples court or house of bricks?"

and he goes "HOUSE OF BRICKS! We've played there like 3 times"

and my friend and i were like WHAT.

and he named a show and we were like "WE WERE TOTALLY GOING TO GO TO THAT!!!"

and he was like "it was a long time ago."

and so i go "is that when you were called the turtles?"

and he laughed a little and looked at me and was like "shut up" then rolled his eyes.

ajaoifeje. and there were other girls waiting giving us death glares because we took like 15 minutes with him again so then we said bye and got hugs and then we left and ya.
