My day in the hospital...And the problem with me....

Hello, how are my readers?? I hope you all are doing better then I am. I have been sick the past month, and you all should know because of my journal entries, which some of them talk about my sickness. Nobody knew why I was sick for so long, or know why the weird mood swings and pains kept accuring at random times, but we finally figured it out. Yesterday, ( 3/5/07) I was brought to the doctors, and they checked me, and decided it would be a emergency room matter.

I was driven to the hospital by my own mother, Shannon, and pratically argued about going in. I went in, and they settled me in a gurney, so they could push me around in it. And soon afterwards, I was hooked up to a IV pooring antibiotics into my veins, ouch. I watched Tom and Jerry, and sponge bob on the little T.V. in the room I was in, which was in room four.

They had to take some pictures of my brain and all, X rays, so I was pushed to the first floor in my gurney, which I have to admit was pretty fun and all!! This lady that was pushing me kept humming and stuff, it was fricken annoying, I just wanted to jump out of the gurney, IV and everything, and punch her face in. I mean, I had an headache from HELL and her humming was stinging my WHOLE BODY!!

I swear, I thought I was going to die. Or kill somebody....Either one....She pushed me into the elevator, and it felt so weird laying in a bed and the weird feeling of pressure and everything...I felt so woozy.

After the X ray, she pushed me back to my room, then just left me there, until the test were done. My mom came back from the hospital cafeteria with water. But I was not allowed to take anything by mouth at the time...So I had to wait.

But a bit later I gotta drink some water, and it was like a relief over my whole body. Anyway, they came in and said I only had strept throat, and a sinus infection. Thank god!! I almost had to get a SPINAL TAP!!!! EEEK!!!
