Eliza Cuts -- Not gossip, not death threats. Read if you want to.

Okay so this is totally unlike my other journal posts, and I know it's been over talked about and over worked but there are some things I really have to say. For the record, I am aware that most of these points aren't mine, have been said a million times before and that this whole issue is pretty much over now. Most people think they've said all they have to say about her. I don't. There are so many things about a specific person that need to be said hundreds of times by different mouths. The ever-daunting topic of:

Eliza Cuts.

On the outside, this girl seems sweet and normal. She's good-looking and appears innocent. No one really knows what's underneath. At first I felt it unfair that everyone was picking on her. Like silly little fangirls/teenies just being jealous and spiteful because now they no longer had the chance they'd convinced themselves they used to have.

I read quite a lot of journals, posts, random websites that appeared when I image searched on Google. Most were not very nice. There seemed to be a division in the My Chemical Romance fan-base; some supporting Gerard's engagement to this woman, others swearing blind that's it was a would be mistake.

In the beginning, I didn't know there was another woman in Gerard's life, after "Kat". I heard through a friend, and said friend told me about how Eliza wasn't a nice person and was trying to split up the band or something like that. So I didn't really like her at first. But, for reasons I can't remember, I changed my mind about her and I really liked her. She seemed good for Gerard.

But I became pissed with pretty much all of my fellow MCR fans because they were almost interferring in the love-life of someone that doesn't concern them.

About two weeks ago, I heard from another friend that the engagement between the two had been called off. I had trouble believing it because they seemed so happy. But the Internet confirmed it and it was like, "what the hell happened?" Again, the internet (through a very close and reliable friend) said what happened. I think what did happen kind of made everyone hate her more. There have been death-threats (be them joke or not). It's slightly frightening.

Apparently, Eliza was cheating on Gerard. The internet gave me this quote: "She was doing more than other bands' hair." It's from Gerard, and I don't know if it's genuine or not because I don't believe qujite a few of the things I see on the internet, but if it is, Gerard deserves better.

Please tell me your views on the whole thing. I don't care if it's just to bitch Eliza or to tell me to shut up about Eliza. I want to know if anyone thinks it's fair what happened to Gerard.
