It IS plagiarism. You could probably sue if you really wanted. Anything written is automatically copyrighted by the original author for at least 50 years until after they die...and that's only if their family doesn't renew it.

Wow. I would have literally marched right over to wherever that website is controlled, and screamed at somebody until it was sorted out... I loved Crash Into My f*cking Arms, it's definately one of the best things i've EVER read. Keep pestering them... nobody else deserves credit for it!
