Hokay, so. This is a oneshot challenge, for those in the Bobard Cult. If you're not in the Cult but you want to participate, just join and come back. ^_^
The main rules/guidlines-
Somewhere in your fic, the pairing must be obvious. Even if it's one sided, the pairing must be at least hinted at.
Some challenges might have a rating requirement; please keep it in mind while writing.
It doesn't have to be perfect, but try to have decent spelling and grammar. If you want, I'll look your fic over or edit it for you before you post it.
And, to clarify: Bobard is Bob/Gerard slash.
Here are the things that must be included-

Two (or more) members must be plotting against one (or more) member(s). Exactly what they are plotting, whether it is malicious or innocent, and how much focus there is on it is up to you.
The line 'Oh my god, AND it has claws?!'.
...this one isn't a requirement, but it would be nice if you tossed in mention of 'Sniffles', Bob's cat. :D

A birthday fic for Bob. :] Should generally center on his birthday. Time period, ages, etc. is up to you.
Must include paper party hats, and an obscenely bad gift. (Feel free to interpret 'bad' however you like. ;] )
Don't forget to add 'Bobard' in your tags!
