Nasty Cuts
Today, in swim practice, we had to do this wicked hard drills. We'd stand on the blocks [where we dive off of] and when we hit mid-pool she'd send the swimmers behind us in. Their job was to catch us, and if they did tag us then we had to do push ups.
Fuck. That.
But, the real problem was that we had to get out of the pool before they could tag us. So, we had to hoist ourselves up on a concrete slate with no help and roll off the side and onto the floor. I have really deep cuts in my elbows and knees. And I landed on my va-jay-jay REALLY HARD when I rolled out. -shivers-
The memories are horrible... I will be scarred for life...

on high school i'm like the only breastroker. so all i swim is the 100.

They put me in relays for 50 free.
I kick booty there.
But I'm working on my backstroke because we need more backstrokers.

But I'm not much of a long distance swimmer, but I love it anyways. :]

haha i just had a ridiculous practice too ! lmao we had to do a 1000 kick, so my legs died. and then we had to do like a 100 free, get out, do 10 crunches, then a 200, get out, 20 crunches, so on up to another 1000. it sucked. but at least i didn't get cut up. =P
