I'm not scared of being grounded anymore.
I've realized that the worst my parents will do is kick me out.
And actually,
that would be wonderful.
I'm not afraid to dye my hair and pierce my nose without my mother's permission anymore. I just don't care. Because really, what do they have to ground me from?
But, all I do is go to school, go on the computer, eat, sleep, and repeat.
What are they gonna do, take away my camera?
No Katy, you're not allowed to go outside and do something productive because you dyed your hair brown!
Yeah, they can ground my from my compy for a week or two.
Big deal.
I'll survive.
And really,
it's dying my hair and getting a nose ring.
It's not like I'm asking for baby clothes because I got pregnant.
I mean,
I want those two things,
and more money to put in my college fund for Christmas and Channukah.
so, yeah.

I don't get grounded, probably 'cause I'm too nice. Or maybe it's because I'm Norwegian, and we don't ground kids that much^^

u shouldn't be scared of that because i am the actual kid who was kicked out;
i've had such a bad year.
1.arrested and almost sent to prison by my own sister on false charges again(seriously how do u try to kill someone when the knife is against ur throat?)
2.the love of my life kills himself.
3.that same week i get thrown out of my own house by my mother because i'm gay and 18 and she's not obligated to have me around anymore.
4. check into psychward, suicide attempt.
5. i'm not allowed to see my brothers anymore.
6. i'm skinny as a stick cuz i don't have cash for food and i have to eat the sh*t they give at school, i'm currently lounging at friends houses and yes one night i had to sleep in the streets.
7. some cops dropped me off at a homeless shelter were i almost got knifed to death for my CD player.
8. people at school think its funny to make me feel like sh*t just cuz i'm homeless and i have to wake up at 4:00AM to walk to school.
9. i think i'm getting sick, really sick something i don't need right now because i couldn't even got to the hospital if i needed it.
10. my sister ruined my credit so that way i can't get a lone even if tried.
yes terry's life sucks alot at the moment i wish i was u right now. :(
yes parents give u guys alot more freedom when all mine had to do is lock me out of my own house and call the cops.

My mom doesn't ground me anymore. She took away the computer and television for two weeks before.
I just read and wrote in my notebook. What was she going to do? Take away my writing utensils? She knew if I had no paper that I'd just write on the walls, since I've done that before. I had story ideas that needed to get written down! Haha.
She's more mellow out about grounding me now. To her, I'm doing this to myself. The piercings she doesn't mind, she actually likes those. She just refuses to pay for hair dye - though I haven't dyed it in a long time. The clothes, she doesn't care as long as I have at least one set of nice clothes to wear out once in a while.

but my mothers slapping and verbal abuse makes up for it -.-
i'm not that scared anymore either
in fact to tell you the truth i feel quite rebellious this year. probably because of the independence i've been given in middle school--feels like the perfect time to act out just for fun once and a while =]]
