Jumping Back Of The Scale And The Tears Have Made Me 10 Pounds Heavier
Every girl feels fat. Even if they are 60 pounds. Even if they are 100 pounds. Even if they are 170 pounds. They still feel fat.
And I am a member, and a sadly very obediant one too. And devoted
I hate that I cry every time I look at the numbers on my black and white scale I shed a tear. I feel so pathetic but it's true. And I cry again because I know thousands of other girls are doing the same thing as me but taking it a step further, they are vomting up their soul and they are starving themselves to death.
The sad part is, as the girl is starving mentally and physically, her loved ones are dying with her because of her pain and how she is inflicitng death upon herself.
It is such a common problem that gets so easily bypassed but destroys such beautiful people!
But one thing I have learned from experience and having some sort of mild anorexia. That everyone is beautiful and that is no a lie. Even if you think you are ugly, you have a beautiful personality. Or if you think you are fat, you have beautiful eyes. No one is perfect, no one can be 110 pounds, 32C, blonde with perfect curls, straight teeth and have a perfect complection.
Girls try so hard to be perfect but it is impossible to be, we can try, but we wont make it.
Girls just need to be more comfortable with themselves. Not care what boys think, that other girls think, or anyone. Be happy with yourself, thick or thin, skinny or fat, blonde or bruenette, asain or african american, blue eyes or brown eyes. We are all beautiful inside and out. We all have something special about us. And when we try to change the parts we hate we hide away the natural beauty that is inside of us.
Because we are all stars surrounding the Earth, but the only way for us to shine our brightests is to let our true selves show.

you seriously need to read my story, The Diary Of An Addict. you will totally understand it. i've put on 3 pounds in the last 2 weeks, and that is a LOT for me, because my weight never varies. i'm really gutted.

Oh my God that was beautiful.
Your so right though, im 14 and honestly I look like im in a 40 yr olds body. its really sad, but thats was really moving and I shouldn't let this bother me anymore.
