My Yuri/Yaoi RolePlay FAQ

Roles you play:
I can play as both Seme and Uke, male or female, yaoi or yuri or het~ :3

Settings you play in or want to play in:
I will try anything at least once~ X3
The settings I tend to do the most are like "boarding school" and "fantasy". I mostly RP with anime/manga characters, so the settings are usually based on the series and such. ^^

Characters you play or want to play:
Mostly anime/manga characters, but I have done several RPs with original characters and settings before~ =D Both can be fun~<3

Genres you play or want to play in:
I have done quite a few genres of play:Action/Adventure, Comedy/Crack Humor, Horror, Drama, School Life. I can also do either Smut or Romance, but I really like to play a mixture of both. X3~

How did you get started?
When I was little I read yaoi fanfics like crazy and after writing some of my own when i got older, I got into RPing, which is like writing fanfics but more interactive with two or more people creating it, ne~? =D

How long have you been playing?
A good while.. I dunno my exact age back then, but I must have been a preteen. ^^

Do you let your real emotions get in the way or do they just wind up in the mix?
Sometimes I have caught myself RPing with my own views and emotions in the mix, but I believe it is because I can really get into a roleplay and it feels like it is a small extention of myself in a weird way~ ^-^; But, i usually try to avoid letting my real emotions get in the way. RPing is also like a profession to me in some ways, as is writing fics~

Does gender matter in RP since you can't see your partner?
It doesnt really matter to me. I am not going to decide against RPing with someone just because of their gender. But, I have found that most male partners I've had focus a lot more on the Smut than most of the female partners. XD~

Can you tell the difference?
Yes, I usually believe I can. ^^

How many RP partners do you have?
Quite a bit~

Do you play with multiple RP partners at once?
I have before, its usually fun. ^^

Do you play through a forum, IM, PM, all of them?
All of them. But, IMs are a lot faster and easier for me. :3

How much time do you spend playing?
I use to spend hours upon hours playing, but recently I have not found the time to... ;-;

Do you get time to finish a scene?
Sometimes. During this past summer, I spent months finishing a Death Note yaoi RP with a good friend of mine thru PMs. If both my partner and I wish to finish a scene or two, it can go on for a long time. I really enjoy it. ^_^

Do you play in private?
Sometimes. Depends on if it gets really sexual and I dont want to get introuble by posting it in public if its not allowed, then its best to play in private.

Are others reading along when you RP?
Yes, if we are playing by posting in forums or something that others can see it on. I usually dont mind, and if its really good, i like sharing it with others who would enjoy it too~ ^^

Do you play in a public group setting?
Yes, sometimes. I do not mind~ :3 I RP at school with friends and just about anywhere else if needed. I dont feel that shameful about it I suppose~ XD

Is it light romance, heavy romance?
Depends~ I can play either~ ^^
