I've got a question
To all you people who go to concerts and bring your cameras/camera phones
you spend the whole concert recording memories right? why not try watching the concert instead of filming it and getting pissed at the moshers who shove you? you know there is such thing as youtube where you can watch a professional recording of concerts that don't sounds like shit
you say you want to remember the show? all you're going to remember is recording the memory of you recording the memory you originally want to keep.
i think the whole point of going to a concert and hashing out money for the ticket is NOT to see the band through a screen but you people bring your little portable screens, place them in front of your face and watch the concert through it.

I've only been to a handfull of concerts, but to a few I've brought my camera. The only reason was not for me to remember it (that is why I keep the tickets) but so my friends could see what it was like.
But at Anti-Flag I could barely pull my camera out since I was too busy trying not to get knocked over.
I have no need to get pictures or video.
I have a great memory and remember the first concert that I went to so well. and I was only 10 or so. It wasn't even a big name band...

I agree with you.

I get the people who are with me to take pictures, haha. Then I don't miss anything and I still have memories. But even they aren't taking pictures or recording videos ALL the time. That would be stupid.

I would only really take a couple of pictures. But the concerts we would go to are the ones outside Belfast and Dublin and they last three days, so you have time to take pictures in your tent =)

Yeah. But I like to take pictures cuz I'll look at them and think 'HEY! I remember that bit.'
I tend to take like 2/3 pictures like every other song. But thats me, I don't waste all of it trying to film. I only hate the moshers that kicked me in the head and knocked me out...assholes...XD

I agree with you... in a way.
When I go to concerts I take a few pictures,
and then I enjoy the rest of the show.
I don't waste my whole time filming it.
But I do want some pictures to remember it by,
so I do bring my camera with me any concert I go to.
