Looking for a Road

I'm lookin' for a road, that'll take me straight to you. I can't seem to find true love anymore. Is love just in fairytales? Is it just in movies? I'm looking for the special road that can lead me in one direction.

I'm looking for a road, that can show me where I'm heading. I waiting for it to take me anywhere, as long as I can find you. Yes, I'm gonna keep on looking for a road.

Miles and miles away, yet still no road. I can't understand why. Nothing changes overtime. It's always me, here with no one around to guide me in the direction where you are heading. I'll keep looking for that road, till the day I die.

I know many of you probably go through the same thing as I as, but there are some that just don't give a damn about your life. To those that understand, you know exactly what I'm going through. We all probably dream that things will turn out the way you plan, but most of the time it doesn't work that way.

Anyway, I hope to find that road, to that special someone, that's deep in my heart. The one who will take me to a place where no one has ever been before. I'd thank God for leading me to this broken road, which somehow lead me straight to you.
