So.
This Sunday, July 6, 2008, my first ever Warped Tour experience will take place.
I bet a bunch of people ask all over the internet, but...
♫ If I try hard enough, will I get to meet a few bands? (i.e. FFTL, TAI, Paramore, etc.)
♫ What should I wear?
♫ What should I take with me?
Well, since this has to be 100 words I'll add some more...gah! I'm so excited!!! One sucky thing is that I'll have to pay for my ticket..see, my friend won tickets from a radio station but..lol she kinda lied about her age, and they need ID and her social security number and everything. She can't find her school ID, so there's no way she can get them!! But the radio people say they'll have more opportunities to win...the time my friend one, I was caller 2, ad she was the winning caller 10.
So....yeah.
Anyway, Warped advice?

Most bands have a signing at some point, so keep a look out for signs. Also, a lot of bands kinda walk around or hang out at their merch tables, so keep your eyes open!
Wear clothes you can keep cool in, like a tank top and shorts.
Have a bag of some sort with you, you'll get a TON of stuff like stickers, cds, etc. Make sure you have sunscreen! The spray kind is the best, since you don't have to rub it in. Bring extra money for food and merch and the like. Bring a bottle of water, most venues have a place where you can cool off in water and fill up your bottle.

I can tell you how /not/ to meet bands. Don't follow your uncle into the vans area and have a police lady follow you. >>
You may meet Madina Lake taking out their equiptment, but you'll get yelled at.

It's going to be hot as hell, so I suggest you wear shorts and a tank-top (light colored if possible). Also bring plenty of sunscreen and stay hydrated. I don't know about the place where you're going, but I know when I went last year they didn't check very well and we were able to smuggle some water in. Water and food they sell at the venue can get pretty pricey. Make sure you bring some extra money as well, and that's basically all the advice I have to give. Have fun!
