So Confused

Ok so me and this guy dated for awhile, then we broke up. so we didn't talk for a while but now we are talking hot and heavy. well yesterday he told me he was in love with me and wanted to date me again. i didn't say anything cause i was so shocked. since he told me that he wont talk to me.. i don't want him to think im being mean to him and don't want to talk to him anymore. i love him but im not IN love with him anymore.

i dont want to hurt him...what do i do.
