I had another panic attack yesterday

Yes, another one.

Thing is, I don't even know what causes them. All of a sudden, my chest aches and goes tight and I struggle to breathe and feel dizzy and faint. I've had them before but they keep getting scarier because I don't know why they happen to me.
At least my parents know

Is it normal for 13-year-old girls to suddenly, for no particular reason, freak out? There must be reasons, I know, but I can't recognize them. I just want them to stop. How can I go back to school, suffering from anxiety?

And I'm scared I'm depressed......

I know it's hormona inbalance and genetic vunerability but I just want to know why it's happening to me.

Is this normal? Because I'm scared I'm going crazy. I just want it to stop
