I'm so MAD

Okay so something went wrong with my saved documents and I couldn't get to them. Then something happened and I accidently deleted my stories that I saved. I have it all written down but I need to retype it all. For my story 'Save Me' the first four chapters are up but now since I have to retype the next few chapters, updating will be in a few days. As for 'Unholy Confeesions' well it's actually the same thing, but it'll take longer to update cause I had more chapters that I lost.
This sucks cause I was gonna update today but now I have to spend my time retyping. I hate it. I don't even know what went wrong or how I deleted my stories. So now I am completely made and upset with myself.
Has anyone else ever done that before? If so then maybe you know how I'm feeling right now.
