She's someone that everybody gets along with, that is loved by so many, but she shuts so many people out, afraid to let them to close.

Most people only know the secret by guessing, but dont do or say anything about it.
They just ignore it like it's not real.
She can't really say anything to anybody about it. Even though they possibly already know.
