I havent, I will look into that. Of course I wrote this for the purpose of the scientific benefits of sleep waves and the brain, but this topic area does seem interesting, I am curious to say the least.

Interesting, and intriguing to use mediation to avoid the need for more sleep, and increased learning. Very "to the point" and informative. Thank you! Have you looked into Binaural beats to induce meditative states if not I'm sure you would enjoy the experience.

Hey, yes, you're right. I should have, and will take this point. However, assistance would be useful with such issues as I am only used to one form of meditation and so I would not be qaulified to discuss other forms. Well not in my own opinion anyway

Very interesting article, well written and informative. It would have been more helpful if you'd mentioned different methods of meditation, though.

This article was quite intriguing. I learned a lot. Great job! The only issue I have (mainly with myself) is the fact that I have absolutely no idea what meditation actually is and what it is you do when one meditates. Facepalm Haha.
