Wow, just....wow. This goes beyond any punishment I have heard, it is far worse than physical beating, IMO. They don't deserve the space they take up, they don't deserve the life, not even worth thinking about them existing.

That's wierd... the boy probably went for the keys a couple of times and got whipped or something...what exercizes could they make him do when he was handcuffed? You know what? It's simply sickening how this occurs in our society and I find it very irresponsible and suspicious that no one is able to explain the rather large time gap between the two events. I wonder how someone could do something like this. Does it make them feel powerful or something? It is horrific and all too common nowadays.
