There are deeper characters in SEASAME STREET then in Twilight. So no, I don't think it's worth buying. Or renting. Hell, I wouldn't read it at all. Unless I was drunk... And I bet the story would only get better once I had expelled my stomach contents on the book.

If sparkly 2D emo children with sharp teeth who angst all the time are your thing, then sure, buy it.
HAHA, skank you are awesome xD

I guess. I hate/like the series. It's good because of its simple grammar and all.

I'm not a fan of Bella. At all.

    Go to another Librairy.
    Read Twilight.
    End at Twilight.
Breaking Dawn, the last book, sucked. Don't waste your time buying the book for 25 bucks, and then another 75 on the next three because you got 'hooked.' The ending was lame in my case, and with Twilight it has a cliffhanger ending, so it's pretty good at just there. But I don't like Bella, so just rent it.

Or get it after the movie, whatever.

I loved it. But it does depend on what you like. It's about different kinds of vampires then normal which I think throws off a lot of people and like you can tell from the comments others think the main character is whiny (I didn't think that but that's just me). It's my second favorite series behind Harry Potter. If you can borrow it from a friend maybe before buying it so if you don't like it you won't have wasted your money.

Hmm... I'd read the book at the library like everyone has suggested, but you really can't go off of what the people here think, no offense to them but everyone likes things that are different... So if I were you I'd read the book for yourself before buying it... :]

Okay to be honest, the book itself is okay, the main character ruins it.

It depends on your reading level. I think 'Twilight' is on a lower reading level. Kind of for those girls that don't like reading hard books and need something easy and quick to use for book reports and stuff. Another teenie book, really.

    Buy it or borrow it.
Most people assume they hate it, then love it.
    Like I did.
My friends borrowed it, and now they love it too.

    I like it.
At first I didn't want to read them but I decided I should see what is so great about it and I started the first one two weeks ago and I am almost done with the third one. Lol.

Borrow it from someone, that's what I did. It's pretty good. I don't think the film will better though.

    It really depends.
I borrowed Twilight from a friend, and I must admit that I enjoyed it. However, the book doesn't have a plot at all, and Bella is weird. I've read the whole series, and I bought the last book myself. That last one was NOT worth its money at all.
If you are to read it, I would recommend only reading the first one, and forget that the other three even exist :]

I heard both good and bad things.
Well... y'know I heard it was a good fun story, but that the lead character is a total Mary Sue and that it's all cliche's and very overdone.
I haven't read it; that was a review from my best friend =)
