it's gross. She only got into it because her boyfriend was, and they're not together anymore and as far as I know, she's stilla gym junkie, but not body building anymore. I had to go to a competetion once... emotionally scarring...

Shiznit believe or not but it's probably not steroids. Women can get muscles like but, but the thing is... to go looking exactly like that, it involves month and months of training and then going a few days with only eating certain foods and getting dehydrated so all the fluids in your body disappear to make muscle definition... no it's not healthy at all, but people do it.

Probably steroids. Because women can't get muscles like that unless they're on steroids. Even if you work out like crazy, you're not going to look like that. We females weren't made to look like that. And for good reason. That's scary shit, right there.

Actually, she probably does eat very healthy, lots of proteins, because you can't get that muscular by just exercise.
