  • I'm english but I've been to ireland and wales a lot :)
Ireland is nice, but I cannot think of any places to go off the top of my head :L
For england, of course London is the place to go! The london eye is pretty good, as is Madame Tussauds, and The Natural History Museum is fab! (and Free!)
I also went to see a show there earlier this year :) The theatre there is good.
    Have a good time x

  • I'm English, but I go to Wales a LOT too.

If you go to South West England and you like history then we've got some shizz around here. Stonehendge and Old Sarum and stuff. I live right by there and people visiting usually like things here.

I suggest if you like alternative stuff going to Camden in London. It's really busy but it has the most amazing atmosphere and you can buy so much stuff. Camden Market is just...awesome. And it's pretty cheap most of the time as well, really good if you're into emo/mod/punk/rock/scene styles especially but it has other things as well :)

LOTS OF SHOES. If you like shoes. Trainers/sneakers especially.

And when you go to Wales, if you go to Cardiff then...it's pretty damn cool. A really nice place, everyone there is pretty nice. I suggest, if you have time and are intrested in it, trying to go to a gig at the Clwb Ifor Bach or The Barfly. They're tiny little venues that have a lot of really good local and UK bands playing there :)

Amazing for shopping as well. St Davids Center, Capitol and the high street are all in the same place and they're amazing. Pretty much any shop you could think of there :)

If you go to North Wales then Borth/Abergavenny (only 10 minutes from each other) are lovely places if you wanna go more rural. Little beaches and just a lovely place to spend a day or so :)

    Hope i helped.
    Have a good trip :D
    xx

  • English Mibbian xx
Harrods in London has EVERYTHING! Oxford Street and Bond Street are where all of the big, designer, expensive shops are. The Imperial War Museum is really interesting. Try to go to a West End performance - they're amazing. Westfields, just on the outskirts of London, is quite new and absoloutly amazinng if you want to go shoping. It has a Hollister, Zara, Topshop, Apple, Timberland etc, and the best food hall I've ever seen. Hope I helped xx

  • I'm Irish :D
In Dublin you should visit Temple Bar cos you'll meet all sorts of cooky people xD
And if you're on Grafton Street you may see the street performer (AKA Buskers) who are amazing...Most of the time.
    That's it really.
And about food....If people offer you stew...Say no! :P

    Hope that helped :D

  • I'm technically not the person you're looking for I guess. I am English but located in Canada. However, I've visited the UK a couple times. England has more buildings but Wales has more nature. I'm not really one for the cheesy tourist stops but there is a free museum in Caerleon, Wales. It's called Big Pit I believe and it's an old shut down mine run by the old miners. They take you down and show you around and tell you about it. I thought it was cool but they turned out the lights at one point and there is zero natural light down there so if you're squeamish in the dark, it might not be for you.
