on your signature, put something like 'read my poems :)' or a link to your writing
comment for comment swaps
talk to random ppl on here and ask or suggest them to comment
enter and win contests on mibba in the forum section (the winner usuallygets their story whored in the Contest founders signature for a while which attracts readers)
use captivating titles for your stories or poems to hook the reader. like for my most recent poem, the title is "pain and pleasure".

Just whore them around in journals asking for you to whore your stories. Ask all of your friends to check out your latest story. Mibba's not notorious for giving out a lot of comments.
